• We recommend keeping your BW-Mobile Banking app and your smartphone or tablet operating system up to date for smooth use and maximum security.
• Data transfer between your smartphone or tablet and the bank, as well as data storage on your device, is encrypted and secure.
• Your access password for BW-Mobile Banking, fingerprint or face recognition, and automatic timeout protect your data from third-party access.
• The integrated password meter indicates the strength of the selected password when setting up or changing the app password.

Note
With the multibanking feature, you can manage accounts from multiple financial institutions in one app. You can access your BW-Bank accounts and most accounts from other German banks and savings banks. If you initially set up a BW-Bank account in the app, you can manage any number of accounts from other financial institutions in the BW-Bank app. A prerequisite is having an online banking-enabled account (HBCI or FinTS with PIN/TAN) at each institution. Not supported are, among others, Commerzbank, TARGOBANK, BMW Bank, Volkswagen Bank, Santander Bank, Bank of Scotland.
